Ather Energy Introduces Exchange Program for E-Scooters in Bengaluru till April 30

• Exchange program is accessible to customers enrolled in the January 2023 Ather Upgrade program.
• Participants are expected to complete their program by March 31, 2024 for 450X.
• For 450 Apex, to complete the program, owners can do so by April 30, 2024.

Ather Energy has announced an exchange program allowing owners to upgrade to newer models. The exchange program is for those selected customers who have enrolled themselves in the Ather Upgrade program of January 2023. Participants are expected to complete their program by March 31, 2024 for 450X and for 450 Apex by April 30, 2024.

Moreover, customers who have purchased a pre-owned Ather 450 can avail the same benefits, however, they are expected to sign up for it in January 2023.

Procedure and Evaluation

For the exchange program owners are expected to bring their scooters at the Ather Space Experience Centre in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. There the scooters will get examined on the basis of vehicle condition and traffic violations, by the trained staff. Moreover, the scooter will be checked whether it has any pending traffic violation fine or not.

Pricing Structure

Prices for the exchanged scooter will be based on the age of your Ather 450 e-scooter. If your e-scooter is 36 months old, then you will be offered Rs. 1.10 lakh for the 450 Apex, Rs. 90,000 for the 450X 3.7 kWh variant with the Pro Pack, and Rs. 80,000 for the 450X 2.9 kWh variant with the Pro Pack. Rates for scooters under 36 months old are not disclosed yet.
