The Ludhiana dealership was inaugurated by Kenichi Umeda, Managing Director of Suzuki Motorcycle India, along with local partner Gaurav Kanodia. With this addition, Suzuki now operates 12 commercial touchpoints in Punjab. Nationally, the brand's retail network has grown to 1,244 outlets, reflecting its ongoing expansion strategy across India.
The Experience Zone format at Pluton Suzuki is designed to offer a comprehensive customer experience. It brings together vehicle sales, after-sales service, and genuine spare parts in a single facility. The new dealership showcases Suzuki's full domestic two-wheeler lineup. The scooter range includes the Access, Avenis, and Burgman Street, all with 125cc engines. The outlet also features the e-ACCESS electric scooter, expanding options for customers interested in electric mobility.
For motorcycle buyers, the dealership offers the Gixxer and Gixxer SF series, the Gixxer 250 models, and the V-Strom SX. Higher-displacement imported models such as the Hayabusa, V-Strom 800 DE, and GSX-8R are also available, catering to premium segment customers.
The facility houses a dedicated maintenance workshop equipped with diagnostic tools. Company-trained technicians provide after-sales service, ensuring vehicles are maintained to manufacturer standards.
