Ather Energy Unveils the All-New Project Redux Concept EV, Demonstrating the Future of Electric Mobility

​Ather Energy is revving up its perfection as India’s trailblazer in the electric two-wheeler market. Today, at the Ather Community Day, the brand has launched the all-new Apex 450 with Cruise Control and the all-new EL 01 concept built on the EL platform. However, the brand has stretched itself beyond the boundaries of tech and innovation and finally launched the all-new Ather Redux EV Concept.

This futuristic, sporty electric scooter concept design showcases Ather's visionary leap toward a tech-savvy, adaptable, and rider-focused future in urban electric mobility. Ather also revealed the EL01 concept built on its new scalable EL platform. However, most of the details were not revealed by the brand. Innovative Design and Adaptive Riding Dynamics

The all-new Project Redux resonates with the next-gen maxi scooter with an aggressive and sporty design. Its design ethos features sharp, aggressive lines, a high-set taillight, and bodywork crafted for unleashed racing. One of the standout features of the design is the body-colored fairing. At the rear, the taillights are angled, offering a rich aerodynamic stance.

Another noticeable design element is the seat, which is actually a 3D-printed element and follows the split-seat design upholstery within the package. This sitting configuration amplifies the stylishly designed tail section, which seems to be similar to that of modern performance bikes.

​Ather Redux: Cutting-Edge Technology

The new Redux concept e-scooter comes with a host of new advanced features. All these features aim to be focused and rider-centric with future modernity. It introduces "MorphUI," an adaptive user interface that customizes the in-vehicle display layout to suit the riding mode and conditions. The concept also debuts haptic feedback on the throttle.

The brand also states that it can deliver subtle vibrations and resistance to alert riders about the different types of riding modes. Additional features include regenerative braking, adjustable suspension, and a ‘take-off’ mode to lower the center of gravity of the vehicle while riding through the corners. Ather confirms that some high-end features, such as active suspension and moving screens, may not appear on future production models but signal the brand's direction for next-gen EVs.
