Ather Rizta Electric Scooter Starts Deliveries in Selected Cities

Ather Energy has started delivering the new Rizta electric scooter in India. CEO Tarun Mehta announced the news on social media. Right now, deliveries are happening in Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Lucknow, Agra, Jaipur, Nagpur, and Andhra Pradesh. More cities will be added soon.

The Rizta is Ather’s first family electric scooter, based on the Ather 450X. It comes in two variants: S and Z. The design of the Rizta is more conventional compared to the sportier 450-series. It features a spacious boot, a long seat, and useful options like navigation and Bluetooth connectivity.

The S variant has a 2.9kWh battery. The Z variant can come with either a 2.9kWh or a 3.7kWh battery, offering a range of up to 125 km. Prices for the Ather Rizta start at Rs 1.12 lakh, ex-showroom, Delhi.
