Although there is currently no proof that the new scooter of Bajaj will go by the same name, there is a strong likelihood that the name will be applied to a Bajaj model. Although trademark applications do not ensure a production model, the introduction of a "Bajaj Vector," a more expensive or sportier variant of the Chetak electric scooter, is something we may anticipate. In recent years, the brand has also been seen testing a scooter that seems more like the scooter whose name is being trademarked.

It is being assumed that the Bajaj Vector might be a filing for the Husqvarna Vektor's production version. Moreover, it might just serve as a model for export markets and is not likely to be introduced in India. In any case, the brand's debut of a sporty electric scooter would be a much-needed upgrade from the Chetak, which is currently seen as one of the less feature-rich models available on the EV market.
