The new C3 hatchback has begun to be delivered to customers by Citroen in India. Bookings have been accepted since July 1 for the French company's first mass-market model, which debuted last week in India. The C3 is a petrol-only model with two variants, two engine choices, and a selection of accessories for customers to personalize their vehicles.
Citroen has started making deliveries through its La Maison dealership network, which has locations in 19 Indian cities. The automaker announced at the time of its debut that it would also be home delivering cars to consumers in over 90 cities around the nation, but that service has not yet started.
According to Citroen, there is presently a minimum 30-day wait time between placing an order and receiving the vehicle.
There are two trim levels for the C3: Live and Feel. The former comes equipped with standard features including twin airbags, front power windows, manual air conditioning, ABS, and rear parking sensors. A 10-inch touchscreen with wireless smartphone connectivity, remote keyless entry, a four-speaker music system, rear power windows, and steering-mounted controls are just a few of the additional technological features found in the Feel variation. Additionally, when customers book their vehicles, Citroen offers a variety of accessories they can choose from.

A 1.2-liter gasoline engine with 81 horsepower and a 1.2-liter gasoline engine with 108 horsepower are the two engine options available to buyers. The turbo-petrol is only offered on the top-spec Feel and comes with a 6-speed manual transmission. The naturally aspirated petrol is offered throughout both types with a 5-speed manual transmission.
The C3 faces off against vehicles like the Tata Punch, Maruti Suzuki Ignis, and Hyundai Grand i10 Nios in terms of competition.
