1. Skoda Kodiaq RS Performance SUV
Skoda will introduce the Kodiaq RS, its flagship SUV's performance version, in India. Pre-bookings opened at Rs. 3 lakh, and all 50 units allocated for the country are already booked. The Skoda Kodiaq RS features Dynamic Chassis Control (DCC), a feature not available in the Octavia RS sold in India. Its 2.0-liter petrol engine is retuned to deliver 265 HP and 400 Nm of torque. The SUV accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.3 seconds. Skoda will announce prices on 2 July.
2. Renault's Updated Kwid
Renault will update its most affordable model for India, with a price announcement on 3 July. Expected changes include revised front and rear bumpers, new lighting elements, and updated alloy wheels. The interior may offer new upholstery and added features.
The Renault Kwid facelift car will continue with the 1.0-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine, paired with a five-speed manual and an AMT gearbox. A dealer-installed CNG kit will also be available. The upcoming Renault Kwid 2026 is expected to attract budget-focused buyers with its refreshed styling, improved features, and practical city-friendly design.
3. Nissan Tekton
Nissan plans to launch a new SUV, the Nissan Tekton, on 9 July, following its earlier product introduction this year. The model, seen as a successor to the Terrano, will compete with other compact SUVs. It will feature LED headlamps, a redesigned grille, large alloy wheels, roof rails, a shark-fin antenna, faux skid plates, an LED light bar, and LED taillights.
The interior could include a large touchscreen, digital instrument cluster, ventilated front seats, panoramic sunroof, wireless charger, and more. Powertrain options will match those of the Duster, including 1.0-liter turbo-petrol, 1.3-liter turbo-petrol, and 1.8-liter turbo-petrol hybrid units. A three-row version will follow next year.
4. Toyota Hilux Next-Gen Arrival
Toyota will bring the next-generation Hilux to India later this month. The 2026 Hilux receives major exterior and interior updates, while powertrains are expected to remain unchanged. Exterior highlights include a new fascia, updated headlamps with LED DRLs, a new grille, a contrast skid plate, glossy black inserts, new alloy wheels, Hilux badging on the doors, new taillight patterns, black Toyota lettering on the tailgate, and a shark-fin antenna.
The interior could feature dual 12.3-inch screens, a redesigned steering wheel, a new gear lever, a 360-degree camera, ventilated and powered front seats, and dual-zone climate control. An ADAS suite and mild-hybrid system for the diesel version may also be offered.
5. Maruti Suzuki Brezza Facelift
Maruti Suzuki will update the2026 Brezza Facelift, its popular sub-compact SUV, for the first time since the second-generation launch four years ago. The facelift will include minor styling changes and feature enhancements. Reports suggest the addition of the 1.0-liter Boosterjet turbo-petrol engine, which is also available in the Fronx. This change could help Maruti Suzuki price the Brezza more competitively under sub-four-meter car norms. The current Brezza uses a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine.
6. Honda's New Flagship Hybrid
Honda's new flagship model for India debuted earlier this year, with a price announcement expected later this month. Pre-bookings are open for the single, fully loaded variant. The car will use a 2.0-liter petrol-hybrid (e:HEV) engine paired with an e-CVT gearbox, producing 181 HP and 315 Nm. It offers an ARAI-certified mileage of 22.8 kmpl.
Key features include all-LED lighting, 18-inch alloy wheels, a 360-degree camera, a 9-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a 10-inch instrument cluster, a panoramic sunroof, powered front seats, a driver-seat memory function, and dual-zone climate control.
