The Hero Glamour X125 sets new benchmarks in the 125cc motorcycle segment with advanced technology, modern styling, and superior comfort.
Since the introduction of the Glamour in the early 2000s, the Hero Glamour has become one of the popular choices, credited to its style, reliability, fuel efficiency, and affordability. Glamour’s strong legacy continues with the Glamour X125, which has been dubbed "India’s most futuristic 125cc bike".
Carrying over the Glamour brand and strongly catering to over 8 million satisfied buyers, the Glamour X125 is designed to cater to aspirational riders seeking technology, design, superior performance, and enhanced comfort.

The Glamour X125 brings a load of segment-first features, as in the heart lies Hero’s AERA (Advanced Electronic Ride Assist) Tech, which introduces a unique “Low-Battery Kick Start” ability, which is a global first for motorcycles. The other features that complement the X125 are ride-by-wire for a precise throttle response, cruise control for effortless highway cruising, and three riding modes, which are Eco, Road, and Power, along with a panic brake alert to warn trailing vehicles during emergency stops.
What brings out the X125’s impression is its muscular stance, sharp character lines, and sculpted bodywork. The bike features the signature H’ Full LED Lighting Package, comprising a high-intensity LED headlamp, integrated position lights, and a stylish LED tail lamp.

The multi-coloured LCD instrument cluster offers Bluetooth connectivity with turn-by-turn navigation, distance-to-empty, gear position indicator, and an ambient light sensor. The ergonomically designed tactile switchgear with added hazard light functionality adds to the premium feel. The instrument cluster is similar to the Karizma XMR.
The X125 is powered by a Sprint-EBT (Engine Balancer Technology) engine, a 124.7 cc air-cooled, fuel-injected motor delivering 11.4 BHP at 8250 RPM and 10.5 Nm of torque at 6500 RPM. The engine has an optimised cam profile, tuned gear ratios, and a silent cam chain for enhanced smoothness.
The balancer shaft ensures low NVH levels, while the rich exhaust note adds a big-bike character. Despite its modern electronics, the Glamour X retains a kick-start option, ensuring worry-free starts in all conditions. Just a point to be noted, the X125's engine is similar to the Xtreme 125R.
The AERA Tech platform underpins the motorcycle’s electronic suite with the features mentioned back above, but its standout addition, however, is the low-battery kick-start function, a segment-first solution designed for convenience.
The Glamour X125 ensures balance and versatility through its wide handlebar, 790mm seat height, and 170mm ground clearance. The rear grab rail, inspired by Hero’s larger motorcycles, adds both safety and style.
Passenger comfort benefits from a large pillion seat with improved cushioning and a wider grab rail. Practical features include an under-seat utility box for storing essentials like mobile phones, toolkits, and a first-aid kit, as well as a 2A Type-C USB charging port for rapid smartphone charging.
The Glamour X125 rides on 18-inch alloy wheels, with an 80/100 tyre at the front and a 100/80 tyre at the rear. The suspension is handled by a 30 mm telescopic fork up front and 5-step adjustable hydraulic shock absorbers at the rear. Braking is offered in two configurations, which are drum and disc variants priced at INR 89,999 and INR 99,999 (ex-showroom Delhi).
With a 10-litre fuel tank and a kerb weight of 125.5 kg (drum) and 127 kg (disc), the Glamour X125 balances both practicality and everyday use.
With a combination of advanced technology, performance, styling, and practical features, the Hero Glamour X125 sets a new bar in the 125cc motorcycle segment. Targeted at young riders, it is not just a commuter but a statement of futuristic design and engineering.
