Hyundai Motor India announces nationwide Smart Care Clinic to enhance ownership experience
Hyundai’s Smart Care Clinic initiative aims to strengthen customer satisfaction by offering preventive maintenance checks, exclusive service benefits, and improved aftersales engagement across India.

Hyundai Motor India has announced a nationwide “Hyundai Smart Care Clinic”—a limited-time aftersales initiative designed to make vehicle upkeep more convenient, transparent, and rewarding for its customers nationwide. Running as a service camp, the program focuses on improving everyday ownership through proactive maintenance, value-added checks, and attractive service offers.
Planned across Hyundai’s extensive service network, the Smart Care Clinic will be held from 24 June 2026 to 8 July 2026 at over 1,600 Hyundai service centers nationwide. The initiative aligns with the brand’s broader customer-first strategy, aiming to deliver peace of mind ahead of the monsoon while reinforcing Hyundai’s commitment to long-term vehicle health and hassle-free ownership.
Customer-First Service Initiative
Hyundai positions the Smart Care Clinic as a customer-centric extension of its 30-year journey in India, built on the pillars of trust, pride, and progress. The initiative is intended to make scheduled maintenance more accessible and to encourage owners to get their cars inspected before the onset of challenging driving conditions.
The camp promises a more holistic service experience rather than just routine check-ups. By combining health inspections, value-added services, and promotional benefits under one umbrella, Hyundai aims to deepen customer confidence in its after-sales ecosystem.
Comprehensive Vehicle Health Checks
At the heart of the program is a complimentary 30-point vehicle health check-up for participating Hyundai owners. Key systems such as the engine, braking hardware, electricals, and suspension are inspected to help identify potential issues early and keep cars running at their optimal best.
This multi-point inspection is structured to give customers a clearer picture of their vehicle’s condition, helping them make informed decisions about maintenance and repairs. Hyundai expects the initiative to contribute to better long-term reliability and an overall smoother driving experience.
Attractive Benefits and Savings
During the Smart Care Clinic, Hyundai customers can avail themselves of up to 30 percent benefits on extended warranty plans, making future protection more cost-effective for owners planning to retain their cars longer. There are also savings of up to 30 percent on mechanical labor and select car care services, easing the overall service bill.
Further, the brand is offering 10 percent benefits on mechanical and maintenance parts, along with up to 30 percent off on roadside assistance packages. Bluelink-connected car subscription services also attract a 10 percent benefit during the campaign window, adding digital value to the ownership package.
Monsoon-Ready Focus
With the monsoon expected to set in across several parts of India, Hyundai has deliberately timed the Smart Care Clinic to help customers prepare their vehicles for wet-weather conditions. The emphasis on key systems such as brakes, electricals, and tyres becomes especially critical when visibility drops and road surfaces become more demanding.
By nudging customers to undertake timely checks and essential repairs now, Hyundai aims to reduce unexpected breakdowns and improve overall safety and comfort during the rainy season. The initiative also underlines the role of preventive maintenance in extending vehicle life and lowering long-term running costs.
Reinforcing Hyundai’s 30-year legacy in India
Commenting on the initiative, Hyundai Motor India highlights that, as it celebrates three decades in the country, the brand remains committed to putting customers at the centre of its operations. The Smart Care Clinic is presented as a tangible expression of this philosophy, combining proactive care with added convenience and savings.
By leveraging its wide service footprint and structured service programs, Hyundai aims to keep reinforcing trust in its after-sales capabilities while delivering a more rewarding ownership journey for customers across India. Customers can contact their nearest Hyundai workshop or visit the brand’s official website for detailed terms and participation information.
