JSW MG Motor India has collaborated with Google Cloud India to launch two AI-powered chatbots, Avira and Vir, that aim to transform customer engagement and operational efficiency. These AI chatbots, created using Google Cloud AI capabilities and Riafy, are the first in India to use advanced digital technologies for client interactions.
Customer Interaction in Future
Avira and Vir are built on Google's PaLM 2 large language model and provide real-time, personalised customer help. They are available via the MG Motor India website, WhatsApp, the EVPEDIA website, and the EVPEDIA WhatsApp. These chatbots strive to promote trust and increase client happiness by personalising responses based on their preferences and history.
Increasing operational efficiency with AI
The adoption of Avira and Vir is part of JSW MG Motor India's overall AI strategy to improve customer happiness and operational efficiency. These digital assistants offer real-time, personalised interactions and multilingual support, adjusting and learning from user interactions to make them more natural. This leads to increased sales and a better understanding of client demands, making the overall experience more seamless and engaging.

Avira and Vir Roles
Avira, which focuses on improving the car-buying experience, is available via text and voice on the MG Motor website and WhatsApp. It assists consumers with queries about JSW MG vehicles, delivering human-like, seamless interactions.
Vir: Dedicated to electric vehicle information, Vir serves as an expert guide for users, providing deep insights into the EV business via EVPEDIA's website and WhatsApp. Vir enables users to make informed decisions by providing simple access to critical electric car information.
