Kia India unveils the new Sonet facelift 2024 with advanced features and design
Kia India has revealed the new Sonet facelift 2024 to the Indian market on December 14, 2023. Sonet is Kia's third product after Seltos and Carnival launched in India in 2020. The new Sonet facelift 2024 comes with several updates to design, features, and safety.
2024 Kia Sonet Booking Details
You can expect the Sonet facelift to be launched in the first quarter of the calendar 2024. The bookings for the new Sonet facelift 2024 are set to begin or start on December 20, 2023.
Sonet facelift 2024 can definitely outshine the current Sonet. Whose prices start from Rs 7.79 lakh (ex-showroom) and go up to Rs. 14.89 lakh. The Current rivals in the market are Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza, Hyundai Venue, Tata Nexon, and Mahindra XUV300.
Exterior Design
It features a redesigned front grille, updated LED headlights, DRLs, new alloy wheels, and a connected LED tail light inspired by the 2023 Seltos.
Interior Features
Get a refreshed interior with a new black/tan cabin colour theme, a revised AC control panel, and a 10.25-inch digital driver’s display.
Features like Apple Carplay/Android Auto, connected car technology, sunroof, wireless phone charging, Bose sound system, ventilated front seats, and cruise control.
Level 1 ADAS
One of the major highlights of this sub compact SUV is level 1 ADAS. It includes features like forward collision warning, automatic emergency braking, lane keeping assist, blind spot detection, and rear cross traffic alert.
2024 Kia Sonet Safety Features
It comes with the package of 15 high-safety standard features. In which you get six airbags, ABS with EBD, front and rear parking sensors, a tyre pressure monitoring system, and electronic stability control. It also offers a 360-degree camera, with blind view monitor in cluster, for enhanced convenience and visibility.
Engine Options
It will come with the same engine options as the current model. Which include a 120PS 1-litre turbo-petrol, an 83PS 1.2-litre petrol, and a 116PS 1.5-litre diesel engine. Some of the transmission options: a 5-speed MT, 6-speed iMT, 6-speed AT, and 7-speed DCT varies with engine.
