Nissan Motor India has surpassed 1.1 million units in exports, highlighting its 'Make in India, Make for the World' philosophy. The 1.1 millionth unit, a Nissan Magnite, was shipped from Tamil Nadu's Ennore Kamarajar Port on June 29, 2024. The Magnite is now exported to 15 countries, including new markets like Seychelles and Bangladesh. Nissan reported June 2024 wholesale figures of 10,284 units, a 76.3% YoY growth, with exports accounting for 8,177 units.
