- All variants include LED headlamps, a digital cluster, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
- Safety features such as six airbags and ESC are standard across all variants.

Syros EV Variants and Features
The Kia Syros EV will be available in six variants: HTK, HTK Plus, HTK Plus ER (Extended Range), HTX, HTX ER, HTX Plus ER, and X-Line ER. Each variant offers a range of features, with some equipment exclusive to higher trims.
All variants come with full LED headlamps and tail lamps, a shark-fin antenna, and roof rails. Dual-tone alloy wheels are standard, with 16-inch wheels on lower variants and 17-inch wheels from the HTX variant upwards. The rear wiper with washer is only available from the HTX variant onwards.
Interiors and Connectivity
Interior features include semi-leatherette seats as standard. The top two variants offer leatherette-wrapped steering wheels, door cards, and armrests. Ambient lighting is not available, even on higher trims. All variants have a 12.3-inch HD digital instrument cluster and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. A rear-view camera with dynamic assistance and a high-line tyre pressure monitoring system are also standard.
Kia Connect 2.0 with over-the-air software updates and a smart dashcam with dual cameras are available in all variants. The auto-dimming inside rear-view mirror and dash cam are limited to higher trims. The premium Harman Kardon sound system is exclusive to the top two variants, while standard audio systems are available in others.
Comfort, Safety, and Drivetrain Options
All variants feature power windows with one-touch up/down and safety; a smart key with push-button start; and drive mode select (Eco, Normal, and Sport). The rear centre armrest with cup holders is available from the HTX variant onwards. Vehicle-to-load (V2L) functionality is exclusive to the top variant.
Safety features are comprehensive across all variants. These include six airbags, ABS with EBD, electronic stability control, hill-start assist, tyre pressure monitoring, all-wheel disc brakes, electric parking brake with auto hold, rear parking sensors, speed-sensing auto door locks, impact-sensing auto door unlock, ISOFIX child seat anchors, and rollover sensors. Only the top X-Line ER variant offers Level-2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
The Syros EV supports AC fast charging at 11kW (10–100 percent) and DC fast charging at 100kW (10–80 percent). The larger 51.4 kWh battery pack is available from the HTK Plus variant upwards. Buyers can choose from nine colour options, including exclusive shades for the X-Line variant.
Launch Timeline and Expected Pricing
Kia India has unveiled the Syros EV and plans to launch it by the end of the month. The expected price range is between Rs 13 lakh and Rs 18 lakh. The Syros EV will compete with models like the Tata Nexon EV, VinFast VF6, Mahindra XUV 3XO EV, and MG Windsor EV.
The mid-spec HTK Plus variant is likely to attract buyers, as it offers most essential features and both battery pack options. Final prices and a detailed variant-wise breakdown will be available at launch.

CarBike 360 Says
With its two battery packs, multiple trims, and premium cabin tech, the Kia Syros EV looks well prepared to challenge established names in the segment. Its strong range claims, rich safety package, and practical features should help it attract buyers seeking an upscale compact EV. Once prices are announced, its market position will become even clearer.
