Acquisition Expands Off-Road Capabilities

This acquisition provides LiveWire with a direct route into the electric off-road motorcycle market. Previously, LiveWire was known for its road-focused electric motorcycles and its association with Harley-Davidson. By integrating Dust Moto, LiveWire gains a focused off-road product direction. Off-road motorcycles require instant torque, low mechanical complexity, and easy control at low speeds. Electric dirt bikes naturally meet these needs by eliminating the clutch and gearbox and providing immediate power delivery.

Dust Moto contributes off-road expertise, while LiveWire offers engineering support, manufacturing capabilities, and a global marketing, sales, and service network.
