Mahindra Scorpio N Facelift Spied Testing Ahead of its Launch in early 2026: Check Details Here's

Mahindra & Mahindra is planning to launch a facelift upgrade to its most popular mid-size SUV the Scorpio N in the Indian auto market. This will be the first makeover of the car since its launch in June 2022. The facelift version will retain the same silhouette of the Scorpio N, yet we can expect some mild upgrades from the automaker. The test mule is heavily camouflaged, hiding its subtle design elements; however, some noticeable changes can be seen, such as a more muscular and fresh design giving it a strong road presence.

Previously, we also came across spy shots of the XUV700 facelift, another popular SUV in the Indian car market, hinting that the brand is planning facelift upgrades for both mid-size SUVs. Sightings have confirmed that the XUV700 facelift will launch in early 2026, while the Scorpio N facelift is expected to arrive in the second half of the year. Scorpio N facelift: Front Upgrades

Though the car is fully camouflaged, revealing almost no details, some changes are visible. The test mule’s front fascia appears to be heavily worked on. Other upgrades include:

Mahindra is planning to give the Scorpio N facelift a more upright and rugged appearance, continuing the legacy of owning the roads. From the side, it retains the same signature upright stance with some minimal changes, while the alloy wheel design seems similar, though a fresh pattern for the alloys is expected.

As for the rear section, it largely remains unchanged, continuing its solid shape. Other changes at the rear are likely to include:

• New DRL for enhanced visual appeal

• Design tweaks to stand out from the previous model

All these changes hint that the upcoming Scorpio N facelift will offer a sharper and more modern appearance from the rear.

Scorpio N Facelift Interior & Features.

The spy shots circulating on social media mostly showcase the exterior, while the complete cabin remains unseen. Sources indicate the facelift may feature:

• A larger infotainment system
• Fully digital TFT display
• Panoramic sunroof, uplifting the premium feel inside cabin
• Harman Kardon audio system for enhanced sound quality
• Powered seats with memory function

The facelift promises a cabin loaded with premium features and modern technology. Moreover, expanded ADAS technology is likely to enhance safety, with 6 airbags as standard.

Engine and Powertrain.

The Mahindra Scorpio N facelift is a mild upgrade, and an engine upgrade is not expected. It will come with the same 2.0L Turbo petrol and 2.2L Turbo Diesel engine options, coupled with a 6-speed manual or torque converter automatic gearbox, producing 203 PS and 370 Nm of torque, and 175 PS and 370 Nm of torque, respectively.
