Variants and Battery Options

The 2026 Mercedes-Benz CLA will come in two variants: the 200 Standard and the 250+ Long Range. Customers can choose between a 58kWh battery and an 85.5kWh battery. The 200 Standard variant offers a claimed range of 542km, while the 250+ Long Range variant provides a range of 792km.

The model uses an 800V architecture, allowing rapid charging capabilities. With a 240kW charger, the CLA can gain 400km of range in just 20 minutes. This charging feature aims to reduce downtime for users.

Colours and Features

The new CLA will be available in five colour options: Polar White, Cosmic Black, Clear Blue, Alpine Grey, and Patagonia Red. These choices provide customers with a range of aesthetic options.

The electric sedan comes equipped with several advanced features. These include Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), front seats with massage function, and wireless mobile charging. The car also offers six type-C charging ports, an illuminated grille, LED headlamps, and connected LED tail lights.

Additional features include 18-inch AMG-spec alloy wheels, flush-fitting door handles, a 14-inch touchscreen unit, and a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster. The CLA also features a panoramic sunroof and the latest MB OS operating system.

Market Launch and Delivery Timeline

Mercedes-Benz will begin deliveries of the new CLA in April. The announcement of prices is expected to provide further clarity on the model’s positioning in the Indian electric vehicle market.
