- The Mercedes-Benz EQS 580 4MATIC is powered by dual permanently excited synchronous electric motors (PSMs) mounted on both the front and rear axles.
- The combined output stands at 400kW (544hp) with a massive 858Nm of torque, ensuring strong and silent acceleration.
- The power is distributed via the 4MATIC all-wheel-drive system, which continuously varies torque between the front and rear wheels for maximum grip.
- The EQS accelerates from 0–100kmph in just 4.3 seconds, making it one of the quickest luxury electric sedans in its class.
- Top speed is electronically limited to 210kmph.
- It uses a 107.8kWh usable lithium-ion battery pack, delivering a long ARAI MIDC-certified range of up to 813km on a single charge.
- Energy recuperation can be controlled through steering-mounted paddles, enabling adjustable regenerative braking and one-pedal driving.
