This introductory price is too hefty for some and too moderate for others. This cost signifies when you get behind the wheel. But the price for those who had pre-reserved the car is about Rs 72.49 Lakh. The deliveries of the car will commence on August 10, 2025.

MG Cyberster: Battery, Range, and Performance

The all-new MG Cyberster is India’s only all-electric roadster that will go on sale in India. The car offers top-notch features underneath the design wrapped with an F1-inspired chassis frame. The car is powered by a 77 kWh battery pack with dual motors to generate 510 HP of power along with 725 Nm of torque.

This power configuration is crafted for speed and precision. The car offers an all-wheel-drive drivetrain badged by Bespoke Pirelli tyres. The car can go from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.2 seconds. However, don't worry about its battery; the car can travel a range of 580 km on a single charge. Moreover, a 3.3 kW portable charger and a 7.4 kW wallbox with installation costs are included in the introductory price of the vehicle.

Aero-Theme Cockpit

MG Cyberster’s cockpit is just sporty and aero-themed. When we get inside the cabin, we get Y-shaped sports seats and a triple-screen setup on the dashboard. The car is equipped with the best features while driving on the road, which are as follows:

  • 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system
  • 7-inch touchscreen for vital stats
  • 10.25-inch digital driver’s display
  • Dual-Zone climate control
  • Heated Front seats
  • Level 2 ADAS
  • 4-airbags
  • 360-degree camera
  • Cruise Control
  • Lane Keep Assist
  • AEB with ESP

Variants, Colors, and Rivals

The MG Cyberster will be available only as a single variant in India. It is the first two-door convertible electric car that will drive on the Indian roads. This makes it one of a kind that does not have much competition in the market. The car is available in 4 attractive colors as an option to Indian buyers. These colors are Flare Red, Nuclear Yellow, Andreas Grey, and Modern Beige.

Conclusion

With the launch of the MG Cyberster and its revealing price, one thing is sure: this car is meant for speed and performance. Unlike any other ICE-powered car, the electric Cyberster delivers more power than the BMW Z4 and Mercedes-Benz CLE Cabriolet. The price of the car is very competitive, so it might scale up in its initial sales by the end of 2025.
