The local manufacturing of the[ Aud]https://www.carbike360.com/cars/audi)i Q5 for 2021 has started at the brand's Aurangabad facility, and while an official launch date has yet to be announced, Audi India Head Balbir Singh Dhillon previously stated that it will happen in November.
Audi had to suspend sales of its popular Q3, Q5, and Q7 models in India last year when the country changed to BS 6 emission standards, which is why the facelift Q5 introduction is so significant.

The newAudi Q5 facelift is sharper and more dynamic than the outgoing model, and it features Audi's new family design elements prominently. The new chrome-finished octagonal single-frame grille adds to the car's commanding presence, while the new LED headlights complement its strong character. A revised front bumper, new fog lamps, dual exhaust tips at the back, and adjusted LED taillights to complete the look. Sharp character lines on the hood and profile give the 2020 Audi Q5 a more muscular appearance.
There are modest changes in the arrangement of the new Q5's interior, as well as extra amenities aboard. A bigger 10.1-inch touchscreen infotainment display with a new MIB3 platform is one of the equipment's standout characteristics. All regular connectivity functions, including Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, are also supported, as well as linked car technology with Amazon Alexa integration.
Audi India has been bolstering their vehicle portfolio with EVs and so far they have 5 electric vehicles on offer in India. Audi expects the EV market in India to take off well and expect.
