Facility Features and Operations

The Ranchi new'R Store covers more than 3,000 square feet. It includes four vehicle display units, eight service bays, and a dedicated delivery bay. The facility is designed to serve as an experiential center for customers, integrating sales and after-sales services under one roof.
During the inauguration, Renault delivered five new Renault Duster SUVs to customers in Ranchi. This event highlighted the brand's commitment to the local market and its focus on expanding its presence in eastern India.
National Network and Expansion
With the opening of the Ranchi store and its workshop, Renault India's total number of sales and service touchpoints has reached 638 across the country. The network includes coverage of more than 200 locations through the company's mobile "Workshops on Wheels" initiative. This approach aims to provide convenient service access even in remote areas.
Francisco Hidalgo Marques, Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Renault India, stated that Jharkhand is becoming an important market for the company. He emphasized that the updated retail format will modernize customer engagement and support the introduction of new products in the region.

Industry leaders note that investment in new facilities is supported by parallel capacity expansion in Kharkhoda and Gujarat. While demand and production remain steady, rising fuel prices and geopolitical tensions in West Asia present ongoing risks for the automotive sector.
