In profile, the Peaq displays a high shoulder line and wide D-pillars, which emphasize the SUV's proportions. The sketches also show flush door handles that are smoothly integrated into the bodywork. Karl Neuhold, Head of Exterior Design at Skoda Auto, stated that the design team applied the Modern Solid language throughout the vehicle. This approach combines sculptured surfaces with structured detailing. Neuhold noted that features such as the T-shaped headlights and Tech-Deck Face are intended to express Skoda's identity as it transitions to electric vehicles.
