Exterior & Design
The Kylaq’s design is in line with Skoda’s signature look, boasting a wide butterfly grille flanked by sleek LED headlamps. Its sharp creases and sporty bumper add to its bold appeal. Built on the MQB-A0-IN platform, the Kylaq measures just under 4 meters in length, making it agile for urban driving while maintaining a sturdy SUV stance. Its wheelbase of 2566 mm and ground clearance of around 189 mm enhance its road presence and versatility.
Features like clamshell-style bonnet lines, strong shoulder creases, and wrap-around tail lamps provide a premium touch. The alloy wheels and body cladding add a rugged yet refined appearance.

Interior & Features
The Kylaq features a modern design with a 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen at the center, flanked by chrome-accented air vents. A grey insert runs across the dashboard, adding to its aesthetic appeal.
The Kylaq brags a twin-spoke steering wheel, an 8-inch fully digital driver’s display, and touch-enabled climate control. Ventilated front seats with six-way power adjustment ensure comfort, while the rear seats offer adjustable headrests, ISOFIX mounts, and a foldable armrest with cupholders. The Kylaq comes equipped with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, along with a wireless charging pad.
Including an electric sunroof, ambient lighting, a cooled glovebox, rear AC vents, and a leatherette armrest also adding auto-folding ORVMs, push-button start, keyless entry, and an auto-dimming inside rearview mirror.
Engine & Performance
The Kylaq is powered by a 1.0-liter TSI turbocharged three-cylinder petrol engine, which is shared with models like the Kushaq and Slavia. It produces 114 bhp and 178 Nm of torque, paired with either a 6-speed manual gearbox or a 6-speed torque converter automatic.
This engine offers a lively driving experience, with a robust mid-range torque curve peaking between 1,750 and 4,500 rpm, and a rev-friendly top end that peaks between 5,000 and 5,500 rpm. It’s particularly engaging for enthusiasts thanks to its sporty sound and short, precise manual throws. The automatic variant provides paddle shifters and a Sport mode for added convenience and fun.
Safety & Comfort
The Kylaq ensures a strong safety suite with 6 airbags, ABS with EBD, ESC, hill-hold assist, traction control, and a rear parking camera. Also including TPMS and multi-collision braking for additional safety assurance.
Ride & Handling
Built on the MQB A0-IN platform, the Kylaq showcases excellent handling characteristics. With enhanced torsional rigidity and a suspension setup softer than the Kushaq, it achieves a good balance between ride comfort and sporty dynamics. The SUV feels planted on high-speed corners and absorbs bumps gracefully, making it ideal for both city and highway use.
