The Express Care facility in Chennai is Skoda Auto India's latest step to enhance workshop efficiency and provide faster maintenance options. The center covers 27,900 square feet and operates in partnership with Kun Motor Enterprises Private Limited. It features 16 fully operational service bays, allowing the team to handle multiple vehicles simultaneously.
The facility's rapid maintenance program includes advanced job card preparation, pre-kitting of components, and certified technicians working under a parallel workflow system. This setup is designed to reduce wait times and streamline the entire service process for customers.
Network Expansion and Service Transparency
With the launch of the Express Care facility, Skoda now has 31 customer touchpoints across 14 cities in Tamil Nadu. Nationwide, the company's network includes more than 335 locations. This expansion supports Skoda's regional growth roadmap for 2026, which focuses on delivering greater value throughout the product lifecycle.
To ensure transparency, the new facility offers real-time tracking capabilities. Vehicle owners can monitor their cars during eligible periodic maintenance cycles, providing greater visibility into the service process.

These include a four-year standard warranty, four years of roadside assistance, and four labor-free service sessions for customers.
