Skoda is expected to feature a front-wheel-drive drivetrain powered by the MEB Entry platform. However the specific details related to the battery size have remained closed, it is expected that this EV will feature a WLTP range of approximately 400 kms. Thai will make this electric SUV apt for both longer journeys as well as urban commutes.

One of the standout features of the Skoda Epiq is its exceptional practicality, attributed to its born-electric design. With a spacious 490-litre boot capacity, the Epiq surpasses its conventional counterparts in terms of cargo versatility, providing ample room for luggage and everyday essentials.
Despite its European debut scheduled for 2025, speculation has been made regarding the Epiq's potential entry into the Indian market. With Skoda's recent announcement of a sub-4-metre SUV manufactured for Indian consumers, the stage seems all set for the Epiq to make its mark on Indian roads, offering concerned customers a blend of style, performance, and sustainability.

The EV is expected to be priced at Rs 22.57 lakhs (ex-showroom). Though the company has not revealed or stated any timeline for India launch, if this happens, we can see the EV competing with Hyundai Kona and MG ZS EV in the Indian Market.
As the automotive industry continues its shift towards electrification, the Skoda Epiq emerges as an invitation of innovation, unfolding a new era of eco-conscious mobility. With its cutting-edge design, advanced powertrain, and adamant commitment to sustainability, the Epiq promises to redefine the parameters of electric SUVs, setting a new standard for automotive excellence in the 21st century.
