What Makes Suzuki Access 125 a Top-Selling Scooter in India

The Access 125, a 125cc scooter from Suzuki Motorcycle India, has reached a remarkable production landmark. The company's Kherki Daula plant in Gurugram, Haryana, has manufactured the five millionth unit of this model, which is one of the most popular and best-selling products in its portfolio.

Variants and Features

The Access 125 is currently offered in three variants in India – Standard, Special Edition, and Ride Connect. The latter variant has a Bluetooth module that enables features such as caller alerts, phone battery indicator, and navigation function.

Engine and Performance

All variants are powered by a 124cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine that produces 8.58bhp at 6,750rpm and 10Nm at 5,500rpm. The lower variants have steel wheels and drum brakes, while the higher variants have alloy wheels and a disc-drum brake combination.

Other Models in the Segment

Suzuki Motorcycle India also has other models in the 125cc scooter segment of India, such as Burgman Street, Burgman Street EX, and Avenis.
