Tata Curvv EV SeriesX range launched at power prices with updated features
Tata has made the Curvv EV SeriesX more appealing with a price revision and new feature upgrades, enhancing its value in the growing electric SUV-coupe segment.

Tata Motors has expanded its Curvv EV lineup by launching the new Series X range. The SeriesX includes the Accomplished X and Empowered X variants, priced at Rs 16.99 lakh and Rs 19.19 lakh ex-showroom, respectively. Tata has also introduced the Curvv Empowered X Dark Edition at Rs 19.49 lakh. These additions make the 55 kWh, 502 km Curvv EV more affordable for buyers.

Previously, the 55 kWh Curvv EV lineup started at Rs 19.25 lakh with the Accomplished variant. With the new Accomplished X trim, the starting price drops by Rs 2.26 lakh. Tata is also offering a lifetime warranty on the 55 kWh battery pack, valid for 15 years from the first date of vehicle registration.
New Variants and Pricing

The Tata Curvv EV Accomplished X is now the most affordable 55 kWh Curvv EV, undercutting the 45 kWh Creative variant by Rs 50,000. This move aims to attract more customers to the higher-capacity battery models. The Empowered X and Empowered X Dark Edition offer additional features at higher price points.
The Accomplished X focuses on comfort and essential technology. It features a panoramic sunroof, dual 10.25-inch displays for the driver and touchscreen, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, and a 360-degree camera with a blind-spot view monitor. The cabin includes India’s first front-ventilated seats, leatherette upholstery, and rear sunshades.
Features and Performance

The Empowered X variant adds more features over the Accomplished X. It includes a 6-way powered driver's seat and two-step reclining rear seats. The infotainment system upgrades to a larger 12.3-inch touchscreen and a 9-speaker JBL sound system with a subwoofer. Safety is enhanced with Level 2 ADAS, offering 20 functions. Other features include 18-inch aero-optimized wheels and support for vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) and vehicle-to-load (V2L) charging.
The 55 kWh Curvv EV models use a 167 HP electric motor, delivering 215 Nm of torque. The 45 kWh variants offer a peak output of 150 HP with the same torque. Charging the 55 kWh battery from 10 to 100 percent takes 7.6 hours using a 7.2 kW AC charger. The same battery can reach 10 to 80 percent charge in 40 minutes with a DC fast charger.
