Tata Harrier EV AWD gets new Fearless+ 75 Variant , now more accessible than ever

Tata Motors has expanded the Harrier EV lineup by launching a more affordable all-wheel drive (AWD) variant. The new Fearless+ 75 trim is priced at Rs. 26.49 lakhs (ex-showroom). This reduces the entry price for the dual-motor setup by about Rs. 2.50 lakh compared to the previous top-spec-only option.

Previously, the AWD configuration was available only in the range-topping Empowered 75 variant. Now, buyers can choose the dual-motor setup in both the Empowered 75 and the new Fearless+ 75 trims. This move makes the AWD option accessible to a wider range of customers.

Key Features and Performance

The Tata Harrier EV Fearless+ 75 variant uses the same 75 kWh battery pack as the top model. It pairs with two electric motors, one on each axle, delivering a combined output of 313 HP and 504 Nm of torque. Tata claims a driving range of up to 622 km on a single charge for this configuration.

The AWD variants come equipped with multiple terrain modes, off-road assist, and a boost mode. These features aim to enhance performance across different driving conditions.

Equipment and Trim Differences

The Tata Harrier EV Fearless+ trim offers a comprehensive set of features. It includes a 12.3-inch touchscreen infotainment system, powered front seats with memory for the driver, ventilated seats, a 360-degree camera, and a 10-speaker JBL audio system. Additional features include dual-zone climate control, ambient lighting, wireless charging, and rear sunshades.

However, the Fearless+ 75 misses out on some premium features found in the Empowered variant. These include Level 2 ADAS, auto park assist, a larger infotainment display, a digital inside rearview mirror, Dolby Atmos audio, a powered tailgate, and extra convenience functions.

Pricing and New Colour Option

Tata Motors has also introduced a new Seaweed Green exterior color for the Harrier EV. This color is now available across the entire Harrier EV range. The overall mechanical setup and feature structure remain unchanged aside from the new variant and color option. The Tata Harrier EV lineup now ranges in price from Rs. 21.49 lakhs to Rs. 28.99 lakhs (ex-showroom). Buyers should note that the AC home charger is available at an additional cost.
