The all-new Nissan Magnite Kuro Edition launched at Rs 8.31 Lakh

​Nissan Motor India has announced that they have launched their most-awaited Nissan Magnite Kuro Special Edition. This new edition is priced at Rs 8.31 lakh and Rs 10.87 lakh for the top variant. The all-new Kuro Edition is based on the higher specifications of the N-Connecta variant. The Magnite Kuro Edition has a bold, rugged style, splendid technology, and improved safety features that are bound to entice enthusiasts and business-minded aficionados.

The word kuro is a Japanese word that means black. Hence, the car itself will be the Black Edition of the SUV. It comes with some minor design tweaks and an all-black exterior and interior. ​Nissan Magnite Kuro Edition: Engine Specs

The all-new Nissan Magnite Kuro Edition offers two powertrain options for Indian customers. The first is the 1.0L Naturally Aspirated Engine that produces 71 HP and 96 NM of maximum torque. This engine configuration offers a 5-speed manual transmission as standard. However, an option for AMT is also available for the customers.

The other engine is a 1.0L turbocharged petrol engine that generates 98 HP of power and 160 Nm of maximum torque. This engine comes with a CVT automatic that delivers 152 NM of torque. Both powertrains are fun to drive and can easily resonate through the city streets or conquer highways.

Design and Dimension

The design of the Kuro Edition speaks for itself. The exterior of the car is accompanied by a Piano Black grille flanked by aggressive signature black LED headlamps on the front fascia. The front fascia also offers a sporty silhouette amplified with Onyx Black paintwork. The body contours are restrained with black front and rear skid plates, gloss black roof rails, and black door handles. All these things are badged under R16 diamond-cut alloy wheels.

The base variant is priced at Rs 8.30 Lakh onwards (ex-showroom), and the top variant, Turbo CVT, comes at Rs 10.86 Lakh (ex-showroom) in India. The bookings of all the variants have started and are open at all Nissan dealerships and the Nissan official website for Rs 11,000 only.
