VinFast is making plans to expand its electric mobility footprint in India, as the much-anticipated Limo Green 7-seater SUV was recently spotted undergoing rigorous road testing. The Vietnamese automaker has already launched the premium VF6 and VF7 SUVs in India. The brand already filed design patents earlier this year for the Limo Green MPV. This will be the first time that a fully camouflaged MPV has been spied testing in India.
The upcoming Limo Green brings with it the promise of premium styling and cutting-edge features, tailored for Indian roads and tastes. This move signals VinFast’s intention to challenge segment favorites like Kia Carens Clavis EV and BYD eMAX 7, as well as future rivals from Mahindra and Tata Motors. Let us explore the upcoming Limo Green and what features the vehicle might offer for Indian consumers.

The upcoming Limo Green has been seen in full camouflage for the first time on an Indian road. According to the recent spy shots that surfaced on the internet, it highlights a bold front fascia with full-width LED light bars and vertically stacked headlamps. The test mule features the same tall, upright stance, distinct vertical tail lamps, and a large glasshouse.
Test model images and spy shots highlight an upright three-row silhouette, signature vertical tail lamps, and a distinctive glasshouse design, confirming that Indian buyers will soon have a new contender in the growing segment of premium electric MPVs.
Talking about the interiors, the Limo Green offers a plush seven-seat layout with leatherette upholstery, a digital instrument cluster, and a floating center console. The dashboard might offer a 10.1-inch infotainment touchscreen supporting Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, and seamless smartphone connectivity. Rear passengers get dedicated USB charging ports, multi-zone climate control, and advanced air filtration for comfortable long journeys.

Under the hood, the Limo Green is equipped with a 60.13 kWh battery pack, coupled with a 150 kW/280 Nm electric motor, delivering approximately 204 HP of power and 280 Nm of torque, and a claimed range of up to 450 km on a single charge. A fast top-up from 10% to 70% in just 30 minutes is promised by the brand that also offers Fast DC charging, and the battery's anticipated eight-year/160,000 km warranty raises the bar for dependability.

VinFast is expected to offer essential safety tech, including electronic stability control, traction control, hill start assist, rollover mitigation, ABS with EBD, brake assist, and a full suite of parking sensors and cameras.
The Limo Green is likely to be locally assembled at VinFast’s Tamil Nadu (Thoothukudi) plant, reinforcing the brand’s commitment to Indian manufacturing and sustainable growth. As VinFast expands its dealer and charging networks, the Limo Green’s arrival signals a new chapter in affordable luxury electric family mobility.
VinFast’s latest spot test means Indian families can soon look forward to an all-electric 7-seater that blends style, innovation, and value. With spacious seating, advanced tech, and a strong electric powertrain, it promises to offer premium quality and practicality. As India awaits its official launch, the Limo Green could become a key choice for eco-conscious families seeking style, space, and sustainability in one package. VinFast’s expanding Indian portfolio looks set to impress.
