Toyota has increased prices for select variants of its most affordable model in India, the Taisor. The price hike reaches up to Rs 24,000 for certain variants. This follows recent price revisions for other Toyota models, including the Urban Cruiser Hyryder and the Hilux.
Key Highlights
- Toyota Taisor variants see price hike up to Rs 24000
- Top-spec turbo-petrol AT and dual-tone variants most affected
- Starting price remains at Rs 725 lakh ex-showroom
- Other Toyota models like Innova Hycross and Fortuner also see revisions
Details of the Price Increase
The top-spec V 1.0 turbo-petrol AT and V 1.0 turbo-petrol AT dual-tone variants of the Toyota Taisor now cost Rs 24,000 more than before. The G 1.0 turbo-petrol AT variant has seen a price increase of Rs 22,000. Meanwhile, the V 1.0 turbo-petrol MT, V 1.0 turbo-petrol MT dual-tone, and G 1.0 turbo-petrol MT variants have each become costlier by Rs 20,000.
Prices for all other Taisor variants remain unchanged. The starting price of the Toyota Taisor continues at Rs 7.25 lakh, while the top-end model now costs Rs 12.63 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom.
Other Toyota Models Affected
This price revision comes after Toyota recently adjusted prices for several other models. The Innova Hycross, Fortuner, Innova Crysta, and Fortuner Legender have all seen similar changes. These adjustments reflect ongoing updates in Toyota's pricing strategy for its Indian lineup.
The Toyota Taisor remains the brand's most affordable offering in the country. The latest price changes affect only specific turbo-petrol variants, leaving the rest of the lineup unaffected.
