After much anticipation, the Apache RTX 300 was finally revealed at the Bharat Mobility Expo 2025 in New Delhi. This adventure motorcycle has marked TVS’s entry into the adventure bike segment in India.
Design Highlights
In terms of looks and design, the Apache RTX 300 ADV, features a lofty visor at the front, a commanding attitude, and roomy seats for both passenger and the rider. Even though this is a brand-new bike, there are hints of the Ducati Multistrada V4 in the Apache RTX 300's headlight. Similarly, the TVS RTX 300's rear end looks like that of the Triumph Tiger variants.
Engine and Power
It is powered by a brand-new engine with a 299cc block with a bore of 78 mm and a stroke of 62.6 mm. It produces 34.5 BHP at 9,000 rpm and 28.5 Nm at 7,000 rpm. It is connected to a 6-speed gearbox with a slip-and-assist clutch. However, this ADV has an electronic throttle, so the company might equip this engine with a quick shifter.
When it comes to the tyres of Apache RTX 300 ADV, it comes with dual-purpose tires and 19/17-inch (F/R) alloy wheels. A USD fork and mono-shock provide the suspension, while a single brake disc at either end performs the braking function.
Features and Technology
This brand-new adventure bike has LED lighting both at the front and the rear. However, the instrument console was hidden but it is expected that it will have a fully digital TFT instrument console, the same as the Apache RTR 310.
Additional New Models
The RTSX, a brand new TVS supermoto concept, was also on display during the event. It features the same 299cc engine as the Apache RTX 300, a high seat, air-cut ergonomics, and simple yet angular bodywork, all in a typical supermoto design. Both models will probably have different mappings and gears. One important detail is that the alloy wheels on this RTSX design will be shared with the Apache RTR 310. Currently, the Bajaj-built KTM 390 SMC R is the only supermoto that is officially scheduled to arrive in India.
