TVS Motor Company recorded an impressive 32% year-on-year growth in domestic sales during February 2026. The surge was primarily fueled by soaring demand for scooters, highlighting the brand’s continued dominance in the Indian two-wheeler market.

TVS Motor Company reported strong year-on-year growth in February 2026, with total domestic sales reaching 3,65,471 units. This represents a 32.4% increase compared to 2,76,040 units sold in February 2025. Despite this annual growth, sales declined 4.64% month-on-month from 3,83,262 units in January 2026.

The TVS Jupiter led the company’s sales in February 2026, with 1,27,089 units sold. This marks a 22.7% year-on-year increase from 1,03,576 units in February 2025. However, Jupiter sales declined 2.05% month-on-month from 1,29,744 units in January 2026.

The Apache range followed with 45,166 units, up 19% year-on-year from 37,954 units. Month-on-month, Apache sales dropped 11.77% compared to 51,191 units in January 2026.

The XL moped recorded 45,095 units, a 34.3% increase over 33,572 units last year but a 7.23% decline from January 2026.

The TVS iQube electric scooter posted 38,054 units, up 61.38% year-on-year from 23,581 units. Month-on-month, iQube sales grew 1.32%, indicating stable demand.

The TVS Raider registered 36,134 units, a 28.44% increase year-on-year. Month-on-month, Raider sales were almost flat, rising just 0.18%.

The Ntorq scooter saw 31,955 units, up 52.22% year-on-year, but down 12.68% month-on-month. The Radeon recorded 13,472 units, a 59% increase year-on-year, with a 2.53% month-on-month decline.

The TVS Sport model achieved 9,642 units, up 44.3% year-on-year, though down 12.07% from January 2025. The Zest scooter posted 9,130 units, a 34.46% increase year-on-year, but a 2.98% drop month-on-month.

The TVS Ronin registered 8,175 units, up 112.56% year-on-year, with a marginal 0.87% decline month-on-month. The Apache RTX / RR 310 range recorded 1,556 units, a 416.94% increase year-on-year, and a 53.91% rise month-on-month.

TVS Star City sales dropped sharply to just 3 units, a 99.86% year-on-year and 92.5% month-on-month decline.

Segment Contribution and Trends

Scooters contributed the largest share of TVS sales at 56.43%, with 2,06,228 units sold. This segment grew 33.1% year-on-year, driven by strong demand for Jupiter, Ntorq, and the electric iQube.

Motorcycles accounted for 31.23% of total sales, with 1,14,148 units, up 30.41% year-on-year. Models like Apache, Raider, and Ronin showed strong performance, indicating momentum in the premium and sporty commuter segments.

Mopeds made up 12.34% of sales, with the XL model alone selling 45,095 units, a 34.32% year-on-year increase. Mopeds remain a stable volume driver, especially in rural and semi-urban markets.
