One of the key highlights of Yamaha’s pavilion is a display dedicated to the company’s history. It shows iconic motorcycles like the RX-100 and RD-350, as well as early models of the FZ series. The ‘History Arena’ showcased a journey through Yamaha’s past, from its start in 1955 to its significant impact on the Indian motorcycling culture over the years. The MotoGP YZR-M1 bike is also on display, showing Yamaha’s achievements in motorsports and racing, including over 500 podium finishes. Additionally, there are also racing suits and gear worn by famous riders Fabio Quartararo and Alex Rins.
One of the standout attractions is the Y/AI Concept Motorcycle, which is a blend of AI technology with a futuristic design. Featured in the anime "Tokyo Override" on Netflix, this bike represents a vision for the future, where AI plays a key role in urban transportation. The concept is inspired by Yamaha’s racing legacy, especially the YZR-M1. Although, it is a concept motorcycle it triggers our minds to imagine what the future will look like after some decades.
Yamaha has also showcased a range of adventure and performance motorcycles at the Expo. The Lander 250 and Tenere 700 indicate Yamaha’s focus on adventure and off-road motorcycle engineering. The Lander 250 is perfect for both urban and off-road adventures, while the Tenere 700 is built for tough terrains.
For performance enthusiasts, Yamaha has showcased its R-Series motorcycles, including the R15, R3, and R7. These bikes are all about speed, performance, and premium sports experience. The MT Series, including the MT-15, MT-03, and MT-09, brings out Yamaha’s “Dark Side of Japan” theme, which are powerful engines with sharp handling.
A major feature of Yamaha’s showcase is the 2025 FZ-S Fi DLX, the company’s first hybrid motorcycle in India. It combines hybrid technology with a smooth, quiet ride, making it an eco-friendly choice. The Hybrid Zone also features Yamaha’s 125cc FI Blue Core Engine and hybrid scooters like the RayZR, Fascino, and Filano, designed for fuel efficiency and local commuting.
Yamaha is also displaying performance scooters like the Aerox 155 Version S and N-MAX. These sporty scooters are focused for young riders who want a blend of style and performance for city commuting and weekend rides.
The Yamaha's place also includes several interactive experiences for visitors, such as MotoGP gaming, Yamaha accessories, and a tilt-bike experience in the most popular R15. A special 40-year celebration zone also allows guests to engage with the brand and learn more about its journey.
Yamaha's pavilion shines differently in the Expo, as the company has completed its 40 successful years in India. The theme "Aspirations Unveiled" has truly been a sensation among the public and the Futuristic cybernetic concept Y/AI has grabbed everybody's attention. Moreover, Yamaha's racing section where the company showcased the legendary MotoGP YZR-M1 superbike was the center of attention of youths all around. Overall, the company has positioned itself as a strong contender in the Indian market with iconic models and a rich history. It is exciting to see Yamaha's upcoming machines capture the hearts of Indian automotive enthusiasts in the future.
