Upcoming Motorcycle Launches
The BMW F 450 GS will compete with entry-level middleweight adventure motorcycles, such as the Honda NX 500 and KTM 390 Adventure. The Norton Atlas will be positioned as a more premium offering. Meanwhile, the Royal Enfield Continental GT 750 has been seen in multiple test runs. Unlike the GT 650, which only differs in color variants, the GT 750 appears to have more significant differences between trims. Recent spy shots show a minimalistic trim lacking a fairing and featuring simpler side panels similar to the GT 650. Another trim, seen earlier, features a Monza-style fairing and round side panels, resembling the GT 750 race bike displayed at EICMA last year.
Price Updates and New Offers
Kawasaki India announced a discount on its flagship sportbike, the Ninja ZX-10R. The discount amounts to Rs. 2.89 lakh and is valid until 31 March 2026. The Ninja ZX-10R’s original price is Rs. 20,79,000 (ex-showroom). With the discount, the effective price drops to Rs. 17,90,000 (ex-showroom). This price reduction makes the superbike more accessible to track enthusiasts.
TVS launched the new Orbiter V1 in India, starting at Rs. 49,999 (ex-showroom, Delhi) under a Battery-as-a-Service (BaaS) model. Without BaaS, the scooter costs Rs. 84,500 (ex-showroom, Delhi), including the PM e-Drive incentive. The BaaS model allows buyers to subscribe to battery usage through monthly payments instead of paying for the battery upfront. Plans start at Rs. 862 per month and include an extended warranty of up to five years or 70,000 km, with unlimited monthly usage during the subscription period.
New Colour Options
Suzuki introduced a new Pearl Grace White colour for the Burgman Street EX scooter. This new shade joins the existing Metallic Royal Bronze and Metallic Matte Black No. 2 options. The Pearl Grace White combines white and grey in a simple, understated design. The scooter’s mechanical specifications remain unchanged. The Suzuki Burgman Street EX is priced at Rs 1,07,902 (ex-showroom, Delhi).
