The Superquadro 955cc mill that powers the Panigale V2 also drives the Streetfighter V2. The 155.18PS and 101.4Nm of the BS6 engine, which complies with Euro 5. Although it produces the same amount of power as the Panigale V2, the torque is down 2.5Nm. Brembo M4.32 monobloc calipers, which are less expensive than the Stylemas on the larger Streetfighters, are used for braking on the Streetfighter V2. But it does have Pirelli Diablo Rosso IV tyres, so the ride should be very interesting.

The Streetfighter V2 receives a complete set of electronics, just as all other contemporary Ducatis. The six-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (six-axis IMU), EVO cornering ABS, Ducati Traction Control (DTC) EVO 2, Ducati Wheelie Control (DWC), bi-directional quick shifter, and engine brake control (EBC) EVO are all included. Its 4.3-inch TFT instrument cluster offers a superb interface for switching between the three ride modes, "Sport," "Road," and "Wet," in addition to aiding with other functions.
