TVS Radeon

The Radeon features a fully metallic body built on a steel tubular chassis and stylish chrome accents. The motorcycle also includes a strong headlamp with a chrome bezel & is integrated with daytime running lamps (DRLs), ribbed thigh pads on the stylish petrol tank, a chrome-finished speedometer, and a shock absorber shroud and silencer, which complement the Radeon’s classic look. The newer models retain a similar design as the existing models and feature a headlamp cowl, a 10-litre fuel tank, single-piece long seats, a bulbous tail light, a tail end, and 18-inch five-spoke alloy wheels.

The Radeon features a lot of technological advancements, like a first-in-segment braking technology (SBT) and a fully digital instrument console. The Radeon is equipped with Smart x Connect and includes a fully digital instrumental cluster, LED headlamps & tail lamps. The instrument cluster indicates the real-time mileage, which helps the rider to monitor the motorcycle’s fuel efficiency based on riding conditions. The other practical features include a longer seat for rider and pillion comfort, a convenient all-gear self-start, and a neatly integrated USB charger for on-the-go phone charging. The Radeon also includes a side-stand indicator with a beeper.

The Radeon is designed as a simple-to-ride and straightforward motorcycle. The low seat height of the Radeon makes the motorcycle suitable for riders of all heights and most statures. The well-positioned handlebar facilitates an easy manoeuvre through most narrow gaps and traffic. The wide and cushioned seat contributes to the rider’s comfort. The Radeon features a telescopic front & a 5-step adjustable hydraulic twin-shock absorber in the rear.

The Radeon is powered by a 109.7cc Dura-Life engine, which generates 8.4 PS at 7000 rpm and a torque of 8.7 Nm at 5000 rpm. The engine is similar to the Star City Plus, which is a 109.7 cc single-cylinder air-cooled motor. The Radeon features a 10-litre fuel tank and claims a mileage of 69.3 km/l.
