The 4th-Gen Audi A8 L price in India begins at INR 1.29 Crore and gets a mid-life cycle facelift that makes it look sportier and sharper throughout, especially the front and rear.
Audi India has updated its top-of-the-line luxury sedan, the Audi A8 L. The Audi A8 L car prices start at Rs. 1.29 crore for the Audi A8 L Celebration and Rs. 1.57 crore for the Audi A8 L Technology trim (both prices ex-showroom, India). The flagship sedan from the Ingolstadt-based automaker, the 2022 Audi A8 L, has a large wheelbase, as indicated by the L in the name. A mid-cycle update to the fourth-generation Audi A8 L gives it a sportier look, especially in the front and back, and more advanced technologies make it even more ultra-luxurious than before.
The Audi A8 L is a representation of no-compromise transportation, and the newest variant adds even more glitz, luxury, and technology, according to Balbir Singh Dhillon, Head of Audi India. With the new Audi A8 L, we are giving our discriminating clients more options and scope for customization. The Audi A8 L Celebration Edition and Audi A8 L Technology are expertly crafted to represent the individuality of our customers.
Visually, the 2022 Audi A8 L receives significant alterations to the front and back. The fascia now has a larger Singleframe grille with plenty of chrome around it. The digital Matrix LED headlights have been modified, and the side air intakes are now more upright. The 2022 Audi A8 L has new 19-inch alloy wheels and keeps its progressive character lines on the front. New OLED taillights with programmable distinctive light patterns and a continuous, segmented light strip are added to the rear area. Horizontal bars have also been added to the diffuser insert.
The Audi A8 L's cabin also gets a redesign in 2022 to provide a more opulent and comfy interior. The revised dashboard of the 2022 Audi A8 L features two displays up front that are 10.1 inches and 8.6 inches in size, with the option of a head-up display. The vehicle also includes a dynamic multi-functional steering wheel and a fully digital virtual cluster. The back row is roomy and equipped with some cutting-edge comfort and technology.
The 2022 Audi A8 L has footrests on the back of the front passenger seat and comfortable chairs with many adjustment options. The 2022 Audi A8 L includes two 10.1-inch displays for the rear passengers, 18 pneumatic cushions, electrically adjustable comfort headrests, and an optional continuous center console in addition to optional fold-out tables, four-zone automatic air conditioning, and 18 pneumatic cushions.
The 3.0-liter TFSI V6 engine inside the 2022 Audi A8 facelift generates 335 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque. It is connected to an 8-speed automated transmission and comes standard with Quattro all-wheel drive. Additionally swift for its size, the 2022 Audi A8 L can accelerate from 0 to 100 kilometers per hour in 5.7 seconds. The BMW 7 Series and Mercedes-Benz S-Class, two other German automakers' premium sedans, now compete with the new Audi A8 L.
