The 2026 Renault Triber has received new features and revised pricing, with the base model now starting at Rs 5.80 lakh (ex-showroom, pan-India). The updated sub-4 metre MPV continues to be available in four trims: Authentic, Evolution, Techno, and Emotion. There are no mechanical changes in this update.

Price Revisions Across Variants
The Authentic and Techno variants now cost Rs 5,000 more than before. The Evolution variant sees a price increase of Rs 7,000. The top-spec Emotion variant carries a price hike of Rs 9,000 across all its versions. These adjustments reflect the addition of new features to the model lineup.
New and Enhanced Features

The 2026 Triber now offers automatic air conditioning and a one-touch fold and tumble function for the second-row seats. The Techno variant and above now include driver seat height adjustment, a front centre armrest, rear defogger, and electrically foldable outside rearview mirrors. These features are now more accessible to buyers.
A 12V charging socket for the third row and two front tweeters have also been added. The Evolution variant gains steering-mounted audio and calling controls, an adjustable day/night inside rearview mirror, and a rear cabin lamp. The fully loaded Emotion variant continues to offer an 8-inch floating touchscreen infotainment system, a 7-inch semi-digital driver’s display, push-button start-stop, manual air conditioning with rear vents, remote keyless entry, a wireless phone charger, and a 6-speaker sound system.
Safety and Mechanical Details
No new safety features have been introduced in this update. The Triber retains six airbags as standard, ABS with EBD, rain-sensing wipers, front parking sensors, electronic stability control, hill start assist, a tyre pressure monitoring system, traction control, and a rear parking camera with sensors.
The 2026 Renault Triber continues to use a 1-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine. There are no changes to its mechanical specifications.
Market Position and Alternatives
The Renault Triber’s direct competitor is the Nissan Gravite, which shares many features. Other alternatives in the segment include the Maruti Ertiga, Maruti XL6, Kia Carens, and Kia Carens Clavis. The Triber remains a more affordable option compared to these models.
