The major highlight of the 2026 Yamaha Fascino 125 Fi-Hybrid is its new rear design. The tail section now features a V-shaped signature tail lamp, revised flashers, and updated body panels. These changes enhance the scooter’s styling and maneuverability in urban environments. Yamaha’s India R&D team developed these updates based on customer feedback. New decals also form part of the refreshed look.

The entry-level Drum variant comes in vivid red, metallic black, and metallic white. The Disc variant is available in cool blue metallic, metallic light green, and dark matte blue. The top-spec Fascino S offers matte grey and matte black shades. All variants are powered by Yamaha’s Blue Core Hybrid 125cc engine, which includes a Smart Motor Generator (SMG) system. This system provides features like Silent Start, Stop & Start System, and Power Assist to improve initial acceleration.

Variants, Pricing, and Features

The Yamaha Fascino 125 Fi Hybrid is available in multiple variants, with prices ranging from Rs 76,500 to Rs 95,200 (ex-showroom). The scooter includes telescopic front suspension, a side stand engine cut-off, 21-litre under-seat storage, and E20 fuel compatibility. The top-end Yamaha Fascino S variant features a color TFT display with smartphone connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, and an answer-back function.

Yamaha has developed these updates to address changing customer preferences, especially among urban riders seeking style and practicality. The new design aims to appeal to a broad range of users, positioning the Fascino as a unisex mobility solution.

Production Milestone and Evolution

Yamaha announced that the Fascino has crossed 1.5 million units in cumulative production since its launch in 2015. Over the years, the scooter has received several updates, including a transition to a 125cc engine, fuel injection, and hybrid technology. These changes reflect Yamaha’s ongoing commitment to innovation and meeting the needs of Indian commuters.
