Adishwar Auto Ride India (AARI) has announced significant price reductions for select Benelli and Keeway models, with reductions of up to Rs 61,000 across their lineup for 2024. This move comes in the wake of last month's price adjustments for nearly all QJMotor and Zontes motorcycles.
Models with Revised Price
Among the affected models, two Benelli motorcycles have received notable price cuts, with the new prices applicable to all available color options.
The Benelli Leoncino, a popular choice among riders, has witnessed the most substantial reduction, now priced at Rs 4.99 lakh compared to its earlier price of Rs 5.60 lakh. With this adjustment, the Leoncino now sits competitively close to the Kawasaki Ninja 400, priced at Rs 5.24 lakh.
Additionally, the Benelli 502C power cruiser has also seen a significant price drop, now available at Rs 5.25 lakh, down by a notable Rs 60,000 from its previous price. This places the 502C in a more attractive price bracket compared to competitors like the Kawasaki Eliminator 500 (Rs 5.62 lakh) but remains higher priced than the Royal Enfield Shotgun 650, priced between Rs 3.59 lakh to Rs 3.73 lakh.
- In the Keeway lineup, only one model has seen a price adjustment – the K300N sport naked. Priced at Rs 2.29 lakh after a reduction of Rs 26,000, the K300N now stands at a competitive level with rivals such as the 2024 KTM 250 Duke (Rs 2.39 lakh), Honda CB300R (Rs 2.40 lakh), and Triumph Speed 400 (Rs 2.33 lakh).
Verdict
The price revisions by AARI aim to enhance the affordability and competitiveness of Benelli and Keeway motorcycles in the Indian market, providing enthusiasts with more accessible options while maintaining the brands' performance and quality standards. These adjustments reflect the company's commitment to offering value-driven choices to motorcycle enthusiasts in the country.
