Dia Mirza Buys BMW iX Electric SUV, Costs Rs 1.39 Crore

Bollywood actress Dia Mirza recently purchased a new BMW iX electric SUV. She is known for her environmental activism and has showcased her commitment to sustainability by purchasing the BMW iX SUV. Being a luxury electric vehicle, the BMW iX comes at a starting price of Rs 1.39 crore, ex-showroom, and now can be seen in the UNEP Ambassador’s garage.
Dia Mirza shared pictures and video clips of the new BMW iX delivery on Instagram, telling her fans about the new purchase of an electric SUV. Like many other Bollywood celebrities like Riteish Deshmukh, Nushrratt Bharuccha, and Ibrahim Ali Khan, Dia has also joined the list of famous personalities who own BMW’s flagship electric vehicle.
Her new iX SUV has several unique features, like a hexagonal steering wheel and an extensive curved display comprising a 12.3-inch instrument panel and a 14.9-inch infotainment screen. The new generation BMW iX also has an electronic panoramic glass roof and multi-function seats with memory and massage features.
Dia’s BMW iX xDrive 50 is configured with a 111.5 kWh battery pack, offering an impressive WLTP range of 635 km on a single charge; the battery powers two electric motors fitted on each axle, providing all-wheel drive capabilities to the EV. The power output of the BMW iX is 523 horsepower and 765 Nm of torque. With such impressive power delivery, the iX EV can sprint 0-100 km/h in 4.6 seconds.
Additionally, it uses a 195 kW DC fast charger to charge the battery 10-80% in 35 minutes, while 97 minutes on a 50 kW DC charger. On 22 kW AC and 11 kW AC chargers, the battery pack can be charged 10-80% in 5.5 and 11 hours, respectively.
