Hyundai Motor India has confirmed 26 new models for the Indian automobile market, including major facelifts, new-generation models, and all-new products by FY2030. The upcoming Hyundai cars include 20 internal combustion engine (ICE) vehicles and 6 electric hybrid vehicles.

On this news, the automaker stated that these aggressive and strategic launch strategies highlight Hyundai Motor India’s strong commitment to innovation, market responsiveness, and delivering sustained value to Hyundai customers. The Korean automobile manufacturer hasn’t specified the product names, but here are some models we can see launching in the coming months.
Upcoming Hyundai ICE-Powered Vehicles
Hyundai is expected to launch a new generation of popular offerings like the Venue and Creta SUVs in 2025 and 2027. The newest version of the Hyundai Venue will likely have major cosmetic upgrades across the exterior and inside the cabin, while the engine setup will remain the same. The Hyundai Tucson SUV will also see a midlife update by the end of this year.
The Korean automobile manufacturer recently announced its plan to launch the Hyundai Bayon compact crossover somewhere in FY2026-27. In the international market, it offered a 1.0-liter turbocharged petrol engine. It is expected to have a price range of Rs 10-15 lakh and will rival the Suzuki Fronx.
Upcoming Hyundai EVs
As Hyundai has confirmed to launch 6 electric models by 2030, it expects the Hyundai Inster EV, Ioniq 9, Grand i10 Nios EV, and Venue EV will make their way to the Indian market. Rumors also indicate that the automaker can launch its Hyundai Exter EV, while the Creta Electric facelift will see its first midlife update in 2027.
Upcoming Hyundai Hybrid Cars
While the models are not confirmed, the automaker plans to launch hybrid cars in India. These hybrid Hyundai cars would be three-row SUVs and the Creta Hybrid. The new 7-seater hybrid SUV will be positioned between the Hyundai Alcazar and Tucson. The Hyundai Creta will also likely receive a strong hybrid powertrain option in 2027 for its generation upgrade.
The automaker would offer Tucson’s 1.6-liter petrol hybrid globally for its strong hybrid option or use a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine. The automaker may view the hybrid powertrain technology as a replacement for the diesel engine, especially when the BS7 emission norms are set to be announced.
