The most remarkable performance by MG Motors is in the Overall Dealer Satisfaction Study, where it set a new benchmark with an industry-leading score of 868. Scoring an impressive 868 points in the dealer satisfaction index, significantly surpassing the segment average of 771 points. This represents a bold commitment to offer the first sales and services to Indian customers.

The brand’s dealer network spans over 550 sales and aftersales touchpoints across 222 cities, reflecting its extensive market reach and commitment to seamless service delivery. The FADA Awards honor not only the quality of the product but also the business methods, sales expertise, and superior after-sales service that go into creating a dealer-manufacturer relationship.
