Mahindra is gearing up to launch its much-anticipated vehicle, XEV 9S, on November 27, 2025. For this, the brand has revealed an all-new teaser that indicates what the upcoming car will be offering for the Indian customers. In the latest teaser, the brand highlights the interior glimpse of the new XEV 9S.

The new teaser focuses almost entirely on the interior, confirming a triple-screen layout up front, rear screen holders, a sliding second row, and a flexible three-row layout that underlines that the “S” in XEV 9S stands for seven seats. Digital cockpit with five screens

The teaser confirms a dramatic triple-screen setup on the dashboard, comprising a full-digital instrument cluster, a central infotainment screen, and a dedicated co-passenger display, similar in layout to the XEV 9e. Mahindra also shows two additional screens for second‑row occupants, taking the total to five, instantly giving the 9S a clear tech advantage in its segment.

The rear-facing displays are mounted in dedicated holders behind the front seats, echoing Mahindra’s “Bring Your Own Device” (BYOD) concept from the XEV 9e. The teaser’s “Space for Everything” caption reinforces that these holders are designed to balance entertainment and practicality, allowing passengers to easily position and remove their devices while keeping cables and clutter under control.

Mahindra repeatedly highlights that the “S” in XEV 9S stands for seven, making this the brand’s first born-electric three-row SUV for India on the INGLO skateboard architecture. Teaser shots show a sliding second row, with visuals suggesting a recline function as well, allowing owners to choose between enhanced legroom for the middle row or easier access to the third row.

Another clip showcases the rear seats folded flat to demonstrate luggage volume, with the boot swallowing multiple large trunks and smaller suitcases, underscoring its long-distance family credentials.

Premium Interiors Materials

As this car will be focused on premium offspring. So we can expect that the interiors would also be with premium-finish upholstery. The XEV 9S adopts an all‑black theme with contrasting silver inserts and visible white stitching on the two‑spoke steering wheel, giving the cabin a sporty yet upmarket feel.

The teasers highlight multi‑color ambient lighting running across the cabin, with the central display expected to offer full-spectrum color customization. Combined with a panoramic sunroof, this lighting package is designed to make the cabin feel airy and futuristic.
