Maruti Suzuki continues to foster innovation by onboarding six startups in its 10th accelerator cohort, aiming to shape the future of mobility and automotive technology.

Maruti Suzuki India has chosen six startups for its 10th Accelerator Program cohort. These startups will work on paid proof-of-concept projects to enhance plant efficiency, material traceability, predictive maintenance, and customer engagement. The selected startups are Goat Robotics, SheerDrive, Schijnenn Digital, GenbaNEXT, Swayatt Drishtigochar, and Swiftex.

Startup Collaboration Details
The startups will develop technology-driven solutions across manufacturing, product development, and customer operations. Goat Robotics will focus on safer and more efficient material movement within plant operations. SheerDrive is creating a real-time, market-linked used car price visualization platform. Schijnenn Digital will provide tools to shorten product design and development cycles.
GenbaNEXT will work on material traceability systems that support circularity initiatives. Swayatt Drishtigochar is developing predictive maintenance and industrial equipment safety solutions. Swiftex is building a sales assistance platform to help dealer sales executives improve customer engagement and support functions.
Focus Areas and Objectives
The projects aim to improve plant safety, operational efficiency, material traceability, and dealer support systems. According to Maruti Suzuki, the collaborations will support operational efficiency and enhance traceability and customer engagement throughout the company’s ecosystem.
Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director and CEO of Maruti Suzuki India, stated that these initiatives are intended to strengthen the company’s operations and customer interactions. The company has established several innovation and incubation initiatives over the past seven years to engage with startups in mobility and manufacturing technologies.
Maruti Suzuki’s Startup Engagement
Maruti Suzuki reported that it has screened more than 6,800 startups, engaged with over 250, and onboarded 34 as business partners so far. These efforts reflect the company’s ongoing commitment to fostering innovation in the automotive sector.
In addition to the accelerator program, Maruti Suzuki continues to support projects focused on safe material movement, predictive maintenance, AI-led sales assistance, and tools to accelerate product development cycles.
Other industry developments include partnerships between Navi General Insurance and companies such as GoMechanic, ReadyAssist, myTVS, and AIS Windshield Experts to expand cashless maintenance services. During Q4FY26, the company secured four driveline orders, three for electric vehicle programs and one for a hybrid program. The government has also highlighted that broader adoption of the AEO program could help MSMEs and auto ancillary firms reduce logistics costs.
