Land Rover has finally revealed its most anticipated Range Rover Velar Autobiography Edition in India with a price of Rs 89.90 lakh onwards. The all-new Velar is now positioned at the top of the lineup. This flagship model elevates luxury SUVs in the Indian market with refined design, cutting-edge technology, and premium materials. The Velar Autobiography trim level is more focused on discerning Indian customers who are eager for an unparalleled blend of sophistication and performance.

The all-new 2025 Range Rover Autobiography Edition transforms every journey into a premium statement. The new Velar is now available in both petrol and mild-hybrid diesel powertrains. We can see some major tweaks in the exterior design of the car from its predecessor. However, the interior remains the same for both powertrains. This range-topping SUV redefines the premium SUV market for Indian roads.

The Range Rover Velar Autobiography Edition is now offered in both petrol and diesel powertrains.

The all-new 2025 Land Rover Range Rover Velar Autobiography Edition is now available with both petrol and diesel engines. With both engines redesigned, it upholds Land Rover's legacy of elegance and technological advancement. The premium SUV comes with a choice of power advancements, with a 2.0L P250 petrol engine that is capable of producing 246 HP and 365 Nm of torque. The second powertrain comes with a 2.0L D200 mild-hybrid diesel engine that generates 201 HP and 430 Nm of torque. Both models offer an 8-speed automatic transmission as standard.

Both petrol and diesel engines are tuned to give effortless performance, catering to Indian driving conditions. The petrol engine is refined in such a way that it can give an estimated mileage of about 9.2 kmpl. The car can move from 0 to 100 kmph in just 7.5 seconds with a top speed of about 217 kmph. Whereas the diesel engine can give an estimated mileage of about 15.8 kmpl. The top speed with a diesel powertrain can be achieved for about 210 kmph.

Design and Interiors

The all-new Autobiography Edition carries its distinctive silhouette from the standard variant with added visual enhancements. The car has a signature floating roof with burnished copper accents on bumpers, doors, and badges. The front fascia of the car has Pixel LED headlights with signature DRLs that define its minimalist yet dramatic appearance. The design of the car looks rugged with a muscular stance, badged with 20-inch Satin Dark Grey alloy wheels.

While getting inside the cabin, you may be seated in a 20-way massage front seat wrapped in rich Windsor leather upholstery. The car also offers sueded cloth headlining, shadow grey ash veneer, and power-recline seats for rear passengers.

Pricing and Colors

​The Range Rover Velar Autobiography is now priced at Rs 89.90 lakh (ex-showroom). However, the Range Rover Velar Dynamic SE trim is available at Rs 84.90 lakh (ex-showroom). The Autobiography Edition is offered in a wide range of colors as standard. These are Santorini Black, Fuji White, Eiger Grey, Portofino Blue, Lantau Bronze, Hakuba Silver, Belgravia Green, and Deep Satin Blue.
