Techno+ Variant Features and Equipment

The Techno+ is the most affordable Renault Duster variant equipped with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS). However, its ADAS suite is less comprehensive than the one available in the Iconic trim. The Techno+ adds several features over the lower Techno variant. These include larger 18-inch dual-tone alloy wheels with 225-section tyres and an acoustic windshield for improved cabin insulation. The instrument cluster is upgraded to a 10.25-inch TFT display, compared to the 7-inch unit in the Techno.
The Techno+ ADAS package includes blind-spot warning, front parking assist, and side parking assist. These features provide added safety but do not match the full ADAS suite of the Iconic trim. The Techno+ starts at Rs 15.29 lakh for the manual transmission and Rs 16.69 lakh for the 6-speed dual-clutch transmission (DCT).
Engine Options and Pricing
The Renault Duster Techno+ is available with a single engine option. It uses a 1.3-litre TCe 160 turbocharged petrol engine that delivers 163 PS of peak power and 280 Nm of torque. In contrast, the lower Techno variant starts at Rs 13.49 lakh and offers a 1.0-litre Turbo Petrol MT (TCe 100) configuration as well.
Standard and Exclusive Features
Both Techno and Techno+ variants come with several standard features. These include a powered tailgate, panoramic sunroof, dual-zone climate control, a 10.1-inch infotainment screen with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, LED headlights, LED fog lights, keyless entry, push-button start, all-four auto up/down windows, auto-dimming inside rearview mirror, wireless charger, rear AC vents, and front and rear armrests.
The DCT versions of Techno and Techno+ offer additional features. These include a higher centre console with an electronic shifter, cooled centre storage, electric parking brake with auto hold, and paddle shifters. While the Techno+ advertises ADAS features, the most advanced ADAS functions remain exclusive to the Iconic trim.
