Simple Energy Offers Extended Warranty on Electric Scooters Until March 2026

Simple Energy has introduced a limited-period offer for its electric scooter lineup, valid until 31 March 2026. Customers who purchase any Simple electric scooter during this period will receive a complimentary two-year extended warranty, valued at approximately Rs. 6,500. Buyers can also choose a five-year warranty package by paying the price difference.

Simple Energy’s current range includes the One Gen 2 and the One S Gen 2. The Simple One Gen 2 is available with two battery options: a 4.5kWh pack and a 5kWh pack. The 4.5kWh variant offers a claimed IDC range of 236km, while the 5kWh version delivers a claimed range of 265km. The Simple One S Gen 2 serves as a more affordable model, providing a claimed IDC range of 190km.

Upcoming Models and Features

Simple Energy has also revealed the Ultra, a new model yet to be launched. The Ultra is expected to become the flagship scooter, with a claimed IDC range of 400km, a top speed of 115kmph, and acceleration from 0 to 40kmph in 2.77 seconds. The company is also preparing to introduce an entry-level family scooter, with its design patents already leaked.

Pricing Details

The Simple One Gen 2 starts at Rs. 1.69 lakh for the 4.5kWh variant and Rs. 1.77 lakh for the 5kWh version. The Simple One S Gen 2 is priced at Rs. 1.49 lakh. All prices are ex-showroom Bengaluru.
