Building on the success of the Nexon EV, Tata Motors is poised to maintain its leadership position in the electric vehicle market.

The Punch EV follows Tata Motors' successful strategy of offering both medium and long-range versions, catering to different user needs and budgets. The EV, based on the existing ALFA platform with Tata's Gen 2 EV architecture, boasts of significant modifications for enhanced performance. Featuring a liquid-cooled battery pack, a permanent magnet synchronous motor, and all-wheel disc brakes, the Punch EV promises a compelling driving experience.

Interior

Inside, the Punch EV introduces segment-first features like ventilated front seats, a 7-inch touchscreen infotainment system (upgradable to 10.25 inches in higher variants), and signature elements from the Nexon EV, such as the jewelled drive selector. The cabin also supports a digital instrument cluster, a new two-spoke steering wheel with a backlit Tata logo, and an electronic parking brake.
