​Kia India is making plans to expand its product portfolio in India. The Korean automaker is planning to introduce the all-new next-gen Kia Seltos by the end of 2025 for the Indian market. In a recent series of events, the upcoming SUV’s test mule has been spotted again while testing. This test mule receives notable design and feature updates. These visual cues point to a bolder, more refined version of the popular mid-sized SUV.

The recent test mule was completely wrapped in camouflage. The new Seltos is expected to showcase significant interior enhancements and advanced technologies. The brand will try to give a complete exterior makeover to the existing model. The car will be ready to give tough competition to the all-new Hyundai Venue, Mahindra 3X0, and the Maruti Suzuki Breeza. All-New Exterior Updates

The upcoming Kia Seltos was under camouflage. However, from the recent spy shots of the test mule that resurfaced on the net, we can depict all-new front fenders and blacked-out A-pillars. The brand is also expecting to provide all-new ORVMs to the vehicle. With all-new wheels, a new LED DRL setup, and flush roof rails, the Seltos may become more prominent in the mid-size SUV market.

The rear adopts a boxy profile with a revamped tailgate and LED taillights that draw inspiration from the premium Kia Telluride, complemented by a shark-fin antenna and roof-mounted spoiler for a dynamic stance. Considering its wheels, the wheel seems to be integrated with a diamond-cut alloy, hinting at it being a mid- or top-spec variant model.

What’s New With The Interiors?

Talking about its interiors, the 2026 Seltos will have an all-new, refined interior configuration. The cabin will likely have redesigned seats with dual-tone upholstery and cutting-edge digital interfaces. Although detailed interior pictures remain under wraps, reports suggest a cabin influenced by larger Kia models like the Carnival and EV9.

Comfort features will include powered and ventilated front seats, dual-zone climate control, and premium materials with contrasting orange inserts and brushed aluminum door handles. At its core, the new Kia Seltos is expected to carry the same powertrain unit from the existing generation model. The vehicle will be available with a 1.5L naturally aspirated petrol engine, a 1.5L diesel engine, and a 1.5L turbo-petrol engine available under the top trim level.

Launch and Market Expectations
